Very well trained and presented staff for who nothing is too much trouble. Location is only 10 mins walk to Karama Metro. I am a regular traveller to Dubai and this is the best of the 7 hotel apartments I have stayed in. . - The location was perfect for us as it was near Al Karama shopping centre which was a key activity during our stay. We were also about a 10-15 min walk from the metro which enabled us to easily get to the other shopping malls and tourist attractions such as the Burj Khalifa. There is a great pool at the top of the hotel along with a gym which was never busy and looked very new.
