Even we arrived extremely early we could use the apartment instantly. A "wow" breakfast adjusted to our food allergies.

Owners are really engaging and very friendly. Cooked breakfasts are amazing and a real treat, it is essentially made to order while you enjoy a fresh cup of coffee. Location is great as well, just a short drive from Thetford forest where there are walking paths in the nearby arboretum. Also not far from Oxburgh -
as soon as I got there I was made to feel very welcome as Jean and Paul were excellant hosts and communicators. Facilities were very good and breakfast even better with a personal service. The location is an ideal location to relax, mix with local people not too far away and very clean establishment. Very good location for walkers and a rlaxing break for the peace and quite lifestyle. Very comfortable stay and ideal for a visit to the Houghton Hall exhibition which was our prime reason for choosing it, but also great for the lovely coast and countryside of Norfolk which we explored too. Friendly hosts and a good range of local eating places.

I always choose an apartment over a hotel when travelling with work, and

We paid extra for parking and car was in a electric gated car park opposite the apartment. Met on arrival and shown to our room. Tim was very friendly and happy to help. He provided us with all details we needed key, WiFi code, and offered us a map of local area. It was a nice touch to see that there was milk, a few of cans of coke, sparkling and still water, mini bottle of wine and a beer in the fridge. There were also tea/coffee, biscuits and a some mini cereal boxes. More than enough to tide

when we arrived at kilbrannon gary and julie met us and are lovely couple, the room was immaculate, a bowl of fruit a vase of flowers in the room, just like home from home, then theres garys breakfasts, everything is cooked fresh and is really tasty and the portions are not small oh and julies toast is really nice, you can have a laugh and a joke

Gary and Julie were very welcoming and helpful. Our stay was excellent with extra luxuries included in the price such as fresh fruit and fresh flowers in our room. Rooms were very clean and large, supplied with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Large choice at breakfast all fresh and locally sorced, we opted for full English which was fit for a king. Over all price was excellent value for money if you choice this b&b you will not be disappointed.

Everything provided and even more. Welcoming pot of tea and cake. Everything provided on drinks tray in room - a choice of teas, coffee, even hot chocolate. Biscuits are also provided and a dish of chocolates, all of which were replenished daily. A Nightcap of Sherry and a gift of chocolates when you leave. So comfortable, so clean, so friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Exceptional Value for money. We have certainly found a dream place to stay. Absolutely loved it.

We wanted somewhere cosy & central, when selecting a B&B for our visit to Cromer. Having very limited knowledge, we checked the reviews against availability & took a change with the Wellington House. We received a friendly walm welcome with tea and coffee, which was much needed after our long journey, the owners know the local area really well and recomended some great places to eat, breakfast was very filling and tasted great. All 3 of us said that the beds were the most comfortable beds we had ever stayed in. We will be returning again soon.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and made us feel completely at ease. The food was great with a good choice of available breakfasts.
