Looked super the moment we drived into the car park. We booked very quickly but chose Briarfields because of the sleek and chic decor! Absolutely beautiful and very well designed and renovated to a high standard. Staff friendly from the moment we walked in the door and continued throughout our stay. Food delicious - compliments to the chef - nothing too much trouble for the staff in the restaurant or bar. Fabulous stay and hope we can return. Beautiful beaches just down the road to walk and

I have now stayed at Sprowston Manor a number of times and the cost
reflects what you would expect from a high end establishment. I cannot
fault the hotel, the staff being particularly friendly and helpful. The
spa and indoor swimming pool are great and the rooms are super clean. -

The proximity to Bewilderwood was the main reason for staying here. A great place for under 10 year olds. Read the books beforehand to enhance the enjoyment though.

Very comfortable stay and ideal for a visit to the Houghton Hall exhibition which was our prime reason for choosing it, but also great for the lovely coast and countryside of Norfolk which we explored too. Friendly hosts and a good range of local eating places.

Spacious very clean. Particularly enjoyed the fresh oranges with a juicer and filter coffee with a jug of fresh milk in the fridge. Everything you needed provided to a high standard. Furniture really lovely. -

Staff and management were excellent, friendly and cheerful. Breakfast was also excellent, well presented, hot and more than we could eat with plenty of choice. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Hotel is well situated but quiet enough to offer peaceful and restful stay. Would recommend for a quality stay, particularly for more mature discerning guests.

The attention to detail - nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly
and very accommodating. As a communications specialist myself I was very
impressed by the standard of customer service in regard to all aspects

Food was excellent- I have eaten in many Michelin star and high quality restaurants - the food and the service were superb and we certainly return.

An issue with the boiler in the annex where we were originally staying was dealt with without any fuss, and we were given a free upgrade. A lovely Hotel set in a quaint North Norfolk village.
We had a room upgrade to a luxury suite in the Hoste main buildings at no extra charge due to noise which was fantastic, very sapcious really comfortable bed with gorgeous linens, massive walkin shower as well as a really well equipped separate bathroom.
The Hotel has recently added a new restaurant which is superb over looking a lovely courtyard patio & the service throughout the Hotel was excellent.

This was a quick get away as the weather was going to be sunny. When were driving upto the hotel. The way it was lite up gave it the wow factor. The hotel was lovely and quiet which suited us both. This hotel is a little gem hidden away in a forest but only a few miles from some lovely beaches and resorts. We did have lovely weather which helps to make the trip memorable. The staff were brilliant, food excellent ate in restaurant both nights. We will certainly return for another weekend break at some point. Well done.
