Very friendly staff, excellent location, very clean, and the pub food downstairs was wonderful - we couldnt fault this hotel on the staff and cleanliness, we were given a very warm welcome, the room was very clean and a good size.

Nice to be greeted with a cuppa and a heart shaped biscuit! This hotel once again fulfilled all our expectations. We will be back again in the summer. Thanks again for a memorable stay.

The location was good,but best of all was the staff,from the manageress down they were just great,so helpful and friendly,the food was lovely we had breakfast each morning which set us up for the rest of the day.We went out and about each day but always came back for our evening meal,the food is excellent,great menu and they have one of the best chiefs around,keep up the good work you are all a cedit to The Pier Hotel.

Our room was cosy and comfortable and the staff were consistently friendly and efficient - always happy to help. An issue with the boiler in the annex where we were originally staying was dealt with without any fuss, and we were given a free upgrade. A lovely Hotel set in a quaint North Norfolk village.
We had a room upgrade to a luxury suite in the Hoste main buildings at no extra charge due to noise which was fantastic, very sapcious really comfortable bed with gorgeous linens, massive walkin shower as well as a really well equipped separate bathroom.
The Hotel has recently added a new restaurant which is superb over looking a lovely courtyard patio & the service throughout the Hotel was excellent.

The rooms are very modern and kept very clean, the hotel staff were excellent, very helpful and polite, the overall experience was great. would definately stay at The Holiday Inn Norwich City again and would reccomend. - Friendly staff, excellent food, cleanliness of room. Great area for shopping and eating out.

I have now stayed at Sprowston Manor a number of times and the cost
reflects what you would expect from a high end establishment. I cannot
fault the hotel, the staff being particularly friendly and helpful. The
spa and indoor swimming pool are great and the rooms are super clean. -

The proximity to Bewilderwood was the main reason for staying here. A great place for under 10 year olds. Read the books beforehand to enhance the enjoyment though.

Nice location, easy to find, reasonable bar meal menu, cosy bar area, good breakfast choice (and plentiful). Room was clean and tidy, although furniture dated and in serious need of updating. Bathroom area spacious and clean. Hotel provides free wifi (good as mobile signal quite weak). -

The reception team were very friendly and helpful, particulary Kerri and Emma. The room was large and comfortable. The price we paid was a bargain. Short drive to the city centre and very close to the hospital. Will definately stay here again when next in the area. - The staff were helpful and gave clear directions along a short cut to save us time
