The hotel staff were very attentive. Their club lounge is the best one that we have been too, really worth booking the room for the perks. - The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic and the bed and cushions the most comfortable I've ever slept in!!

We spent three nights at the Fullerton on out way to Bali as part of our 25th wedding anniversary. We arrived early in the morning so our room wasn't ready, we were offered an upgrade package with a twin level room overlooking the Marina, Champagne breakfast, afternoon tea and champagne with canapés in the evening. Would highly recommend, not cheap but something very special for our anniversary.

very impressed by the high service standard. It is a busy hotel but every staffs make it very welcoming and comfortable stay for us. The subtle caring and attentions that the hotel staffs try to deliver make a huge difference and make it stand-out. Very good location if your interests are to shop and the latest mall ION is just around the corner.

Serviced Suites are very good choice. In the middle of the shopping
area, you can walk to huge malls or to sightseeing points very easily.

The infinity pool is just stunning and very big.
Rooms are very large (almost a studio). I had the Premium room with City View to have the view on the Bay (the "cheaper" rooms have the view on the Gardens by The Bay) and it was beautiful: the bathroom is very big and it has a nice bathtube, two sinks, a small room with the toilet, a room with the shower.
Check in and check out procedures were very fast.
Wifi connection strong and stable, useful to call home for free using voip.

My family of seven stayed at the Regency House for 10 days.
We had a fantastic vacation and the hotel was amazing!
Our room was a three bedroom with wonderful interiors, clean, specious with a living room and kitchen equipped with all the ammenities that you will need, and including fast free Wifi, Tv's and cable.

Regency House is in an excellent location close to Train, bus and Orchard Rd. We walked to these in 5 min or less. The staff are extremely polite, friendly and accommodating. Rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and access to coffee machines was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again. Kids loved the pool and being able to walk to food malls for dinner was fantatic.

An outstanding apartment with very friendly and helpful staff. There were excellent kitchen facilities to entice stay at home meals. Also there is a supermarket across the road. We were lucky to be upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which made our stay even more memorable. It was easy to sleep due to the very quiet rooms.

My Family and I stayed in a huge self contained 3 bedroom apartment which was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were more than helpful to answer any Questions we had and book us taxis etc. The breakfast buffet was small but adequate, beside the pool. We had lunch there as well, a couple of times, and the staff were all lovely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone,and I would stay there again if I was so lucky to visit Singapore again.

The staff from the doorman to the receptionist and housekeeping were polite, efficient and professional. They made our stay a very pleasant one.

Hotel itself is a cosy luxury heritage property. Rooms were large, quiet, well-appointed and spacious. We got nothing but excellent service from the staff. A mention of our 20th anniversary at booking had the manager send up a complimentary cake and card! The Scotts / Orchard Road location is ideal for tourists. The grounds and outdoor pools are great for passing a balmy afternoon.

I stayed in 2 bed room appartment. we were 3 adults and 2 babies. The appartment was clean, and kitchen was almost fully equiped. Coffee machine available (Nespresso) with capsules, we liked the de-cafe ones. The kids play zone was amazing, my 3 yrs old daughter loved it. Pool looked nice even though i didnt use it. Great location in the centre of the business district. Very spacious and well equipped room. Pool, lounge area and airconditioned 'Living Room' on the 19th floor. MRT very near the hotel with sheltered walkway so no need to get wet in the heavy rain. -

The staff who served me during check-in is friendly and courteous. In fact most of the staff there are helpful and friendly. What I like most is, I got a free room upgrade from Marvelous to Fabulous room! And I love the room! It is spacious and pretty with all the different lightings and designs. The hotel has a relaxing aura to it with peacocks strutting about and fish and lily ponds everywhere . The gardens are immaculately maintained a really lovely spot to stay . Our children enjoyed the large resort style pool, and a buffet breakfast with a wide range of choices.
The free shuttle running between the resort and Vivo City was convenient and made it easy to get into the city when we wanted to.
