Ken or Kenneth (i think thats his name) from Frontdesk is great! He is tge person who attended to us when we arrived and when we left. A very very nice and polite person. He is very helpful to us telling us where to go and how to go to places.

I was traveling with my 5 children and my mother. Family rooms are rare
in Singapore from my research. The interconnecting family room at Days
was great. The staff were wonderful especially the Bell boy - he gave
us directions and helped get us to where we wanted to go on numerous
occasions. He even helped load our luggage into taxis even though he
had officially finished work for the day. The hotel is a little out of
the city but they offer a great free shuttle service to the train.

Novena Mall / Business Area and Medical center. From there easy to
go around Singapore by bus or Metro (MRT).Next to this hotel a lot
F&B outlets available for anyone...asian food or European as well.
Wi-Fi available free of charge. Easy to find taxi but to avoid morning

The Hotel was excelent with quality fitting and a quiet outlook onto newappartment blocks with garden and pool. Very handy to busy bus routesincluding 2 the cbd :-) - Very nice lady, Chris helped us for quite a while with internet, when we needed it.

The location is very strategic. The hotel is near the airport and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel (which gives you easy access to various tourist attractions in the city). There are also many 24-hour convenience stores nearby.

Staff were exceptional, the chap that checked us in went above and beyond to make us feel like special guests.
We stayed in a club room, with a really comfy bed and lovely shower room with a view out over the city. The club benefits were well worth the extra, enjoyed drinks on the club level in the evening and watched the sun set.
