Room was clean and pleasent - excellent for the price. We initially hada room that had been occupied by a smoker - they changed this out for usimmediately to find a more acceptable room. The deluxe room with a window though not big had everything for guest’s convenience: a safe, fridge, electric kettle and a TV. In spite of the repair works in the hotel the room was quite clean. If I need to stay again in Singapore on my money, I will quite probably choose the same hotel. The breakfast was not something special, but filling.

The bellhop Mohd was amazing. So nice and courteous to always offer a helping hand. The rest of the staff were very helpful as well. Breakfast was a nice touch for the morning as well. Location of the hotel is definitely an advantage to its guests. it has a very good and accessible location.
Staff are friendly and accommodating especially Anthony, Wani and the other old guy who looked for our taxi. They speak English fluently.

It is a modern building and quite clean. I like the provision of a fridge which is empty, not a minibar, so you can keep the bottles of water, supplied daily, inside along with anything else you might buy. The service is that of a much more expensive hotel.

Great Location - Easy access from Changi Airport - Clean Rooms - Friendly Staff - Close by shopping, food courts and pubs/night life - I arrived late and the staff were very accommodating - they even gave me a late check out and I had a beautiful room.
