We were upgraded to a junior suite on arrival, the room was really beautiful and comfortable. The hotel was ideally located in the centre of the town with everything within walking distance. Absolutely loved the high level of service, just had to ask once and was provided in a flash, loved the location and view from the room and the homely feel of the hotel, the bathroom design concept is stunning, simple yet sophisticated. The Spa was world class in fact one of the best spas I have visited especially loved the thermal suite concept..

everything, this is an amazing hotel. we went there to get engaged and had such a great time. we were upgraded to a suite which was a great start and our whole wkd was relaxed and thoroughly enjoyable. staff were amazing, they could not have done enough, food was excellent and the view was the best iv ever seen

The cottages are adorable! I was with a group of 3 and it was an amazing
deal for our small group, but the cottage could have easily slept 8
(imagine what a great deal that would be...). They have the appearance
of traditional Irish country homes, but the interiors have all the
modern amenities you could need for a stay in beautiful Killarney.

We really liked the space in the cottages. They are well equipped with everything you need including towels. The Caretaker was very approachable if you needed anything or advice on where to visit. Location is great a two min drive into town while lovely scenery awaits you if you head for the gap of Dunloe. We will go back again in the summer when the weather is better. Also we were told that the playground will be moved to the rental properties so this will be a big plus as the kids can play

myself and my husband both found the hotel excellent. The staff were all very nice and very helpfull. The room we stayed in was excellent, very comfortable and very clean. The food in the hotel was also excellent. We will return again soon.It was one of the best hotel we have ever stayed in. - Although the room was somewhat small, overall the hotel

I loved the attention to detail in providing you all the comforts of home. Complex feels new and looks clean, beds and couches were nice and comfortable. Location is great as well, we did -
The apartments were such a relaxing place to stay with our two little girls (1.5 years and 3.5 years). Little door stoppers were provided and the girls had a ball running from one room to the next. It was lovely to not have stairs.
The apartments have been newly carpeted since we were last here and it was great to stay in a place with a fresh carpet smell. They were spotless.
The staff were absolutely fabulous. Very pleasant and so used to dealing with young kids.

The setting of the hotel, on a waterfall surrounded by nature, is wonderful and yet it is not far from Kenmare. It combines modernity with character very well. The staff are wonderfully friendly and well trained. The food is top class and we particularly enjoyed the splendid breakfast. Unbeatable for comfort and charm. Don't miss the falconry.

The attention to detail, the very friendly staff. Our room was beautifully appointed and spacious. The food was superb and beautifully presented. We have stayed in a number of 4 and 5 star hotels throughout Ireland but Sheen Falls Lodge would be number 1 on our list a really wonderful place to stay. We would highly recommend it.

Their attention to detail was excellent. Very friendly and efficient in all areas - girls on reception/waiters, etc. Used the Spa, and it was a beautiful experience. Would do it all again! - The food is amazing, I would definatley recommend eating in the restaurant. The therapists in the spa are top class and there is a beautiful vitality suite.

Everything. A friend sent us, said it was one of his favorite places in the world. Now it's one of ours, too. We booked for 2 nights, and stayed for 3. Both of us felt at home from the very first. Brilliant staff - Sile in particular was great and extremely helpful with tips for exploring the area and even made us feel special by offering us gourmet hot chocolate upon arrival, given as it was our 10th wedding anniversary.
Brilliant location - looking out on the most amazing sea view, cliffs and unspoilt nature. We could see the sea from our bed - how more romantic can one get?

The apartment was very spacious plenty of room. Very clean and well equipped. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no problem in anything you needed or requested. Very convenient to the town centre. Easy walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Great value for money. -

Apartments were spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing 4 day break. Safe areas around the hotel for kids to cycle and play ball. Lovley walks and areas for kids to explore around the cove eg Fairy Trail. -

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in recent memory. The quality of service and hospitality was second to none. No hesitation in recommending it to anyone who wants a relaxing and comfortable stay in Kenmare. Fresh towels every day, turn down service, bathrobes and slippers and very large bed. Bathroom was extremely well appointed. -
