  We were upgraded to a junior suite on arrival, the room was really beautiful and comfortable. The hotel was ideally located in the centre of the town with everything within walking distance. The restaurant was fantastic and great value for money and the staff were so friendly and helpful.   The cottages are adorable! I was with a group of 3 and it was an amazing deal for our small group, but the cottage could have easily slept 8 (imagine what a great deal that would be...). They have the appearance of traditional Irish country homes, but the interiors have all the modern amenities you could need for a stay in beautiful Killarney. They are well equipped with everything you need including towels. The Caretaker was very approachable if you needed anything or advice on where to visit. Location is great a two min drive into town while lovely scenery awaits you if you head for the gap of Dunloe. We will go back again in the summer when the weather is better. Also we were told that the playground will be moved to the rental properties so this will be a big plus as the kids can play

  Their attention to detail was excellent. Very friendly and efficient in all areas - girls on reception/waiters, etc. Used the Spa, and it was a beautiful experience.
