Everything was brilliant and the host couldn't be more helpful. From recommendations about places for dinner, to help with our enquires about Belfast we couldn't have asked for better. What a gem! Everything was supplied to make my visit enjoyable. After an exhausting drive Joanne was so friendly and suggested a meal from the restaurant which was delivered to my suite. Delicious. After a day trip to Giant's Causeway it was so great to relax with a glass of wine in my warm and cozy lounge. Will definitely return.

The accommodation was excellent. We had milk,bread and cereals provide which was great as we arrived late. Even though we were late there was someone to meet us and explain about the heating etc. It was a lovely weekend break. -

We honestly can't see any reason at all why anyone would pay 2-4 times as much to stay in some of Belfast's bigger hotels. Tara lodge had Everything including location. 10-20 mins walk from City hall, about 2 mins walk from a wide variety of restaurants and pubs. Despite this, the Tara is on a very quiet stretch of road lined with classic charming Belfast brick buildings.

From the minute we walked in, the reception from all the staff was excellent. They were really very helpful and polite. The hotel was really clean and enjoyable,with easy access. The staff even allowed us to park our motor bikes under cover.

The situation of the hotel, close to Larne ferry terminal, was excellent. The hotel itself is perfect. The staff were extremely helpful, the rooms large and spacious, beautiful bathrooms, everywhere spotlessly clean. Over our stay we had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel which were all very good and excellent value, altho the portions could do with being smaller - we had no room for puddings!

Excellent facilities around five miles from Larne along the Coast road. Amazing value and breakfast . The key aspect which gives this B & B a ten is the genuinely friendly and helpful owner Ian . He makes you feel welcome and takes time to talk with you - this also told me what an interesting gentleman he is.

Excellent location for: beachfront walk, sightseeing, choice of dining facilities (Golf Club & Hotel), good supermarket. Easy to find.
