From the minute we walked in, the reception from all the staff was excellent. They were really very helpful and polite. The hotel was really clean and enjoyable,with easy access. The staff even allowed us to park our motor bikes under cover. I would highly recommend the ballyrobin and will be returning within the year. Fantatsic start to our holiday -we spent the night at Ballyrobin prior to flying out of Aldergrove the next morning and took advantage of their hotel + parking offer. Accommodation and food is great but the staff were exceptional - very friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

Everything looked clean and tidy from the reception, to the room and restaurant. Very warm homely feel to the rooms. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The receptionist at this hotel was one of the best we have ever come across. She was helpful, efficient and very welcoming. Because of her we would return. Staff were excellent - friendly and accomodating. No aircrafty noise despite being 1 mile from Belfast International airport. Food and service was great. The food was lovely, both dinner and breakfast. And so was the room I stayed in, complete with towel in the shape of an elephant on the bed!. Warm relaxed friendly efficient. Super quality beds. Excellent rooms. Traditional bar atmosphere, excellent restaurant. Amazing value. Very comfortable and modern rooms, and excellent food, and great location for airport and staff are very welcoming. We found the menu was slightly over priced, and the bar menu could be extended, as we didn't really want a formal meal but due to being late back that's all the was available. Everything was great!. Bathroom was a little tired and ironing facilities could do with an upgrade but no deal breakers. The service in the restaurant was a bit hit and miss but I think a member of staff had been called away unexpectedly and the quality of the food more than made up for it. nothing really. a great stay albeit for one night. The service was quite slow in the restaurant. Not a single fault. Can't think of a thing!. The only down side is the bath is small in the bathroom. And in need of a lick of paint in the bathroom. Breakfast was disappointing. The room we had for three was very small, but they didn't charge us for the put up bed,as I think they put us in the wrong room. Hot milk with coffee would be a good idea. Very little! Only suggestion would be to place a box of tissues in the rooms. bit of a wait to be seated or get drink from bar. Walls were a bit thin heard next door on phone in night which kept me awake. Not much to do locally. When there was a power cut shortly after arrival and through the night they had no plan B. Total darkness in the room and along the corridor. 2 candles in reception had to struggle to get to reception and out of the place in the pitch darkness. Te early morning wake up call was missed - but no great issue. unfortunately we had a very early flight and missed breakfast. The tv did not work properly. The receptionist had to assist twice. Also the WiFi did not work in the room. The receptionist was again able to help with a cable. The Receptionist did not follow my request to deduct the payment from my credit card. Instead she pre-authorised the payment and could not finalise it the next day. This meant paying with another credit card and having the pre-authorised amount unavailable on the credit card. N/A. nothing though some may some aerplane noise but you are staying in a hotel near the place. Unpleasantodour in bathroom would have requested room change if stayin longer. Room was on the small side. headboard to high in bedroom (kept banging head) basin too small in bathroom (kept washing the floor).
