Conveniently located across from Heuston Station, but also in-between Phoenix Park and the terrific National Museum of History and Design, and right down the street from Smithfield and the Guinness Brewery. Mark and co. were accommodating hosts, quickly resolving a cold shower issue and allowing me to store baggage after I checked out.

The hotel is new, clean andmodern, and the staff was very friendly. - Our reservation didn't show up and the hotel was sold out, so the guy working the front desk bought us a drink and paid for a cab ride to the other comfort Inn in Dublin, which was more central, and gave us the same rate.

I liked everything about this place . I stayed with my 11year old daughter as we were goin to the o2. It's on d luas line only 1 min away. It had a really cool feel to the place. The staff is patient, knowledgable and very accommodating. The other guests with whom I shared the room were quiet and considerate. It is a quiet hotel ideally located close to the city centre but far enough from it. Rooms were spotless facilities better than expected and staffed by very friendly staff. Well run well managed. I had to stay an extra night but the staff were superb and it was no more than a stroke of a pen and I was sorted. Well done to the owners excellent hotel

The woman running the B 'n' B was friendly, helpful, accommodating to all our needs. My daughter and her one year old child were travelling in Ireland for 10 days. We stayed our first 2 days here. We enjoyed it so much we could have stayed here for the entire time, so we asked if she had room for us for our last 2 days when we returned to Dublin.

Bed was the comfiest i have ever slept in, pillows were fluffy. Hygiene Standards were the highest i have seen.
Room was decorated to a high standard and was well equiped.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was gorgeous, it was clear that the food provided was of a high standard and after some discussion with staff member it was clear that alot of thought went into quality and taste, yummy and there was plenty of it too.

The manager John and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for them to do. The hotel also has an excellent food menu, value for money including 2 for 1 on certain days and times. The breakfast in the morning was cooked to order and fresh, including vegetarians options. The hostel lived up to my expectations. The staff is young and friendly. The good points are the location, heating, cleaning and reception 24 hours a day, and also the private car park. -

What a Gem.
I booked here because it was cheap,but I was pleasantly surprised at what I got.
Breakfast was super freshly cooked.The staff where warm and oh so helpful.
Location was superb right in the centre with views over river.

Loved the friendliness of the staff they were all excellent, stowed our bags for us before and after check-out too, so we could do more sightseeing. The beds were very comfy and clean linen, good signal on the TV. The breakfast was very plentiful and had lots of choice. Place was like a tardis! Represented good value for our money, near enough to bus links etc, but far enough away to give an undisturbed nights sleep. Liked the key-code entry to bedrooms.
