Conveniently located across from Heuston Station, but also in-between Phoenix Park and the terrific National Museum of History and Design, and right down the street from Smithfield and the Guinness Brewery. Mark and co. were accommodating hosts, quickly resolving a cold shower issue and allowing me to store baggage after I checked out.

I liked everything about this place . I stayed with my 11year old daughter as we were goin to the o2. It's on d luas line only 1 min away. It had a really cool feel to the place. The staff is patient, knowledgable and very accommodating. The other guests with whom I shared the room were quiet and considerate. On May 29, when I changed rooms, I realized I'd left my passport in Room 109. Karine at the desk alerted the cleaning staff. Yes it was very positive for me the staff offer me every assistance when I ask them. They offer great service to me through out. my stay. and when I rang to confirm my stay with them and told them that I had made a mistake in my booking. They change it for me with no bother. It is a quiet hotel ideally located close to the city centre but far enough from it. Rooms were spotless facilities better than expected and staffed by very friendly staff. Well run well managed. I had to stay an extra night but the staff were superb and it was no more than a stroke of a pen and I was sorted. Well done to the owners excellent hotel

The manager John and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for them to do. The hotel also has an excellent food menu, value for money including 2 for 1 on certain days and times. The breakfast in the morning was cooked to order and fresh, including vegetarians options. The hostel lived up to my expectations. The staff is young and friendly. The good points are the location, heating, cleaning and reception 24 hours a day, and also the private car park. -
The hostel has good equipment (you can cook whatever you want)
Personal is kind and helpful location is also good just 10 minutes to

What a Gem.
I booked here because it was cheap,but I was pleasantly surprised at what I got.
Breakfast was super freshly cooked.The staff where warm and oh so helpful.
Location was superb right in the centre with views over river.

Loved the friendliness of the staff they were all excellent, stowed our bags for us before and after check-out too, so we could do more sightseeing. The beds were very comfy and clean linen, good signal on the TV. The breakfast was very plentiful and had lots of choice. Place was like a tardis! Represented good value for our money, near enough to bus links etc, but far enough away to give an undisturbed nights sleep. Liked the key-code entry to bedrooms.

Staff were really friendly, the price can't be beaten, located centrally to
Tourist spots such as dublinia, guiness,Christ church, st.patricks cathedrals, marshal library etc. Michelle was hilarious a really lovely woman made us feel welcome and at home we had a great night.

Staff were very helpful! They booked us a cheap ride from the hostel to the airport since we had a 6:30am flight. Facilities were clean, hot showers, and clean sheets including sheet over the comforter. I would def stay here again. Location was great. 15 min walk to Guinness storehouse, 10 min walk to trinity college, 7 min walk to temple bar area

It is a very central location to Temple Bar area, Grafton Street, and O'Connell Street. Everything you need is right on your doorstep.
The facilities (even the shared shower rooms/ toilets) are very clean, and the bedrooms themselves are very clean. This is the 2nd time i've stayed here and I would definitely recommend to others!
