The staff is very friendy, and any issue you may have they will try to solve it. The room i was given it was in the ground floor close to the main door, so I ask for another one on the top, and I was changed without problem. As well in the room was a little bit cold and the staff turn on the heater. Also I was offered a tea and cookies when I arrived. The hostal is 10 min walking to san patrick street, when i stayed it was quiet and i had a good rest there, the beds are quite comfortable.

Appreciated having Euro plugs in the wall, because I had forgotten myUK/Ireland adapter to charge my phone. Also, very close to the airport-- easy walking distance if you want, but very quick shuttle service aswell, if you have lots of bags. - The convenience of location, the attitude and helpfulness of the staff.

The staff were super efficient and friendly, nothing was too much for them. The hotel itself was super, the room was a standard room but was huge, which was great and a nice change. We had food in the bar the day after our stay and both the service and the food itself were superb. All round, definitely 5 star hotel. - The very friendly service give

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Certainly 5 star treatment. Spa facilities were fantastic! A must on a visit.

Lovely old manor house with a very large parking area out front. Were greeted right away by the Lodge's owner who helped us with our luggage. The rooms were beautiful, large and clean overlooking their garden area. Were given really good directions, and a book with hints on what to see in Cork...even given a lift in cause he had an errand to run

The wonderful customer service- friendly and helpful every step of the way. The delicious traditional breakfasts AND the great location- just a short walk to Corks main shops/pubs and also a great base for any tourists wanting to do day trips to other areas. Fantastic value for money- would certainly stay again! -

Everything! The room was very spacious and luxurious for the price. The
beds were wonderfully comfortable (again one would expect to pay more!)
and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful.

The rooms were lovely, big and clean. The price is very reasonable considering how close you are to the city and how nicely decorated the rooms are. There was a nice breakfast and they catered for gluten-free diets. Cork city was only a ten minute walk away, and it's right by the college.

The rooms were basic but very clean. The facilities in general were very clean. Disc parking right outside the door. There was a nice atmosphere within the hostel. Staff were very present and welcoming. -

We liked everything! There was a warm welcome on reception and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Being relatively cheap compared to BnBs nearby we were expecting basic but everything we could want was provided, including towels and tea and coffee sachels on arrival. We all (4 of us) slept well with no complaints about the beds or the rooms

It is about a 20 minute straight walk into to - Very central,clean facilities!no noise suitable for all the family. Well stocked centra shop within the building free parking. Good price

Excellent Meals, although getting tea at breakfast was hard work. Had dinner at hotel one night and next night attended a formal function (with 350 others) at hotel and food and service were really excellent in both cases. - The refurbishment of the hotel has been a complete success. The room upgrades are excellent.
