About a 15-20 min walk to the center of the city. The staff was very accommodating. My friend and I were worried about our bags so he switched around our booking to give us a room to ourselves when we both booked 10 person male/female dorms. The room ended up being a 6 person dorm with a bathroom (shower/toilet/sink) to ourselves. The room was

The staff was really nice and everything was clean. We had a good experience. It is a good hostel and very cheap. More or less 10 minutes from the city centre by foot.

Everything! The room was very spacious and luxurious for the price. The
beds were wonderfully comfortable (again one would expect to pay more!)
and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful.
Margaret the owner is a lovely hostess and we will definitely stay again

The rooms were lovely, big and clean. The price is very reasonable considering how close you are to the city and how nicely decorated the rooms are. There was a nice breakfast and they catered for gluten-free diets. Cork city was only a ten minute walk away, and it's right by the college.

The service was unbelievable - from the moment you step into the BandB you are made to feel so welcome. The rooms are beyond comfortable and include lots of little touches such as heaters in the bathrooms and pillow-top mattresses on the bed. As soon as you arrive, you are given fresh, home-made scones, danishes, and fresh tea and coffee. Wonderful

The room was great with a big king size bed and very clean, also with fruit in the room. Absolutely brilliant stay.

Kinlay House is a travellers' hostel, so it's a lively place with lots of young backpackers passing through. It's practically next door to the Bells of Shandon (which you can ring, if you like). We were housed in a private room next door to the main facility, so maybe our room was quieter than the norm for the dorms, but we found the place complet

Staff was very friendly, gave recommandations what to visit and where to go. We got a luxury room while we didn't asked for it, just because it was available. Very clean and cosy.

The rooms were basic but very clean. The facilities in general were very clean. Disc parking right outside the door. There was a nice atmosphere within the hostel. Staff were very present and welcoming. -
