  About a 15-20 min walk to the center of the city. The staff was very accommodating. My friend and I were worried about our bags so he switched around our booking to give us a room to ourselves when we both booked 10 person male/female dorms. The room ended up being a 6 person dorm with a bathroom (shower/toilet/sink) to ourselves. It is a good hostel and very cheap. More or less 10 minutes from the city centre by foot.

  Everything! The room was very spacious and luxurious for the price. The beds were wonderfully comfortable (again one would expect to pay more!) and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Margaret the owner is a lovely hostess and we will definitely stay again when visiting cork. The Crawford is also in such a great location, a very short walk into the centre of town - The rooms were lovely, big and clean. The price is very reasonable considering how close you are to the city and how nicely decorated the rooms are. There was a nice breakfast and they catered for gluten-free diets. Cork city was only a ten minute walk away, and it's right by the college.
