The hotel is older but recently renovated and the facilities were very good. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. While the hotel is a little way from the city centre, it is only about a 10 minute walk away. There are some small restaurants close by but you need to explore a bit to find them. Wonderful and helpful host. Charming vintage small French family-run
hotel. Tastefully decorated with good quality fittings but still
maintaining original style. Rooms well appointed and very comfortable
bed with a duvet! Close to the beautiful and interesting City centre.

Location - proximity to "old town" with many cafes and bars, and proximity to Carrefour market. Ideal base for visiting the Loire valley chateaux.
Facilities - kitchen and bathroom small but usable, bed comfortable.

Set in its own grounds, very peaceful, excellent parking. Our room was excellent, large and spacious with good facilities. The food was excellent, although the menu was limited and didn't change for the three nights we were there. Tours is a very upmarket and cosmopolitan area with lots of historical sites. Beautiful, very relaxing, great to wind down after a few days on the road. In it's own grounds and away from the city. Food was very good and with a nice wine what more do you need. Spa very good but book in advance, also kitchen very busy so if you want to eay early book also. Staff very nice and very helpful. This place is a gem

Couple who owned it were very very friendly and helpful. I felt so welcomed. Very clean - I was in a room with a shared toilet (it must have been cleaned hourly!). Mini fridge in room is such a bonus especially as there is a grocery store across the street. Great location! -

Good location. The lovely room (junior suite at the attic) was smartly decorated, spacious and verry clean. Owners were absolutely charming and we felt well looked-after (although they don't speak english). Great breakfast with a real sense of old fashioned hotel. Free wifi with good connection. Unbeatable price.

This hotel was ideal for our purpose of a stopover on the way to the south of France.
Breakfast was extremely good value for money and I would recommend this a there is nowhere else that is obvious and within a short walk.
If you were using this hotel for a city break you would need to use your car or public transport. It is on the outskirts. -
