  The hotel is older but recently renovated and the facilities were very good. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. While the hotel is a little way from the city centre, it is only about a 10 minute walk away. There are some small restaurants close by but you need to explore a bit to find them. There is no lift, so if you are unable to walk up stairs or carry heavy bags up - Wonderful and helpful host. Charming vintage small French family-run hotel. Tastefully decorated with good quality fittings but still maintaining original style. Rooms well appointed and very comfortable bed with a duvet! Close to the beautiful and interesting City centre.

  Very authentic accommodation. Pascal was a great host. - Location - proximity to "old town" with many cafes and bars, and proximity to Carrefour market. Ideal base for visiting the Loire valley chateaux. Facilities - kitchen and bathroom small but usable, bed comfortable.

  It was great, our car rental agency didnt have anoymore gpd and we were able to find the hotel with out a problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even parked my car for me as I was not confident enough to park in the courtyard. - The staff was wonderful; friendly and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely superb.   Set in its own grounds, very peaceful, excellent parking. Our room was excellent, large and spacious with good facilities. The food was excellent, although the menu was limited and didn't change for the three nights we were there. Tours is a very upmarket and cosmopolitan area with lots of historical sites.   Couple who owned it were very very friendly and helpful. I felt so welcomed. Very clean - I was in a room with a shared toilet (it must have been cleaned hourly!). Mini fridge in room is such a bonus especially as there is a grocery store across the street. Great location! - Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast and GREAT coffee!
