The excellent location near the city's center. Very friendly and helfpful staff and the fantastic medieval decor within the hotel. I can only recommend this hotel! - Everything - the location, the room, the service, the breakfast, the cleaniness. Exceptional front desk staff. Will be heading back in the next few months.

Charming, exquisite building and interior decor, full of character. Set in an attractive, quiet location which is central to everything we wanted to do in Bruges. Our room shared that same romantic feel as the rest of the building and contained everything we needed + more. lovely hotel to the north of Bruges but a good position to walk around all of the town etc.Pretty Japanese garden, nice bar area and a really extensive breakfast with lots of choice for a buffet including bacon and sausage etc.

Excellent choice and presentation of breakfast foods. Hotel lounge area very comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if we have the opportunity to visit Bruges in the future. Would certainly recommend to friends and family.

Friendly welcome from all we met, excellently clean and comfortable, central location, from where we could explore the sites of Bruges. We would warmly recommend T'Zand Hotel - Friendly. helpful staff and excellent food in the downstairs restaurant made our 3rd stay at Hotel T Zand as enjoyable as ever. Look forward to returning next year !

The hotel was fabulous and very romantic for a couple. It was in a great location and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our room was very luxurious and had great views of the city. I liked that it was closed to the train station, and also within a short walk to the city center.
Altough we went in november we could rent a bikecycle just down near to the hotel.
Comparing to other hotel prices it was also cheaper wich was very help because Bruges very expensive city.

Its excellent value for money! Its right next to the train station but good sound proof hence no train noise in room at all! Its well signposted so we have no problem to find it. I found the room size is adequate, clean comfortable bed. Its a 15 min walk to the town centre but its a pleasant walk, through the park etc. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the stay and especially its so much cheaper compare to the other hotels in town centre. The owners of Canal Deluxe made us feel very welcome and at home. Even the cute dog made us feel super welcome! The house was beautiful; very romantic with the fireplace and the winding stairs. It was an amazing place to stay.A B & B with your own little sitting room with candles and log fire. Beautiful breakfast served in your sitting room in front of log fire - what else could you ask for. Hosts were friendly and were there to make sure that everythking was done to make your stay in Bruges a memorable one. Would go nowhere else if visiting Bruges again.

We have stayed here twice now at christmas time and it has had a really festive feel both times. The rooms are really clean and nicely decorated and also the dining room. The lady that runs the guesthouse is very friendly and the location is great, just behind the square. Would definately stay there again.
