Hotel manager David is very polite and helpful. Points out local tourist spots and chocolate shops and does his best to answer any questions.

The hotel is beautiful. It is great to stay in a place that belonged to a famous artist - Samuel Coucke - and was restored with such love and care. You should definately ask about the history of this house - it is very interesting. The right place to stay in Brugge to fill the air of the city. The room was very large and lovely with a four poster bed and living
room area. The bathroom was large and very up-to-date with an amazing
stained glass window that had been made long ago at this very house.
Staff/owner was very friendly and helpful. The fresh breakfast was
wonderful and all this was within a 10 minute walk to the main plaza. We
wish we had booked more than one night and plan to go back the next time
we're in Europe.

Our apartment was very small but well-equipped even to having cleaning products supplied. It is close to the city centre with plenty of restaurants nearby. The location was good since restaurants, cafes and grocery shops were all within an easy walking distance from the apartment. the attractions were also close to the apartment.
The kitchenette was wonderful - clean and well equipped!

The owners were fabulous, really looked after us, and the breakfast was great too. - The best thing about staying in this hotel is comfort and wonderful atmosphere created by the family, which runs this hotel. Plus excellent location, quiet place and nice breakfast. I left hotel with strong desire to return to this town and this hotel :)
