The excellent location near the city's center. Very friendly and helfpful staff and the fantastic medieval decor within the hotel. lovely hotel to the north of Bruges but a good position to walk around all of the town etc.Pretty Japanese garden, nice bar area and a really extensive breakfast with lots of choice for a buffet including bacon and sausage etc.

I was really impressed with how modern the hotel room and bathroom were, while they had still kept most of the hotel in its original style.
