Central and really friendly hotel where pets are welcome. We had an early start so we were offered and provided with a breakfast to go. I highly reccomend this hotel. - Good location. Very nice environment. Staff was friendly and helpful took the time to provide some tips on travelling in Belgium. Excellent breakfast.

Lovely big bed in a newly refurbished hotel. Great idea with portraying a ceiling of one of the numerous beautiful churches on the rooms ceiling. Very helpful reception staff. Lovely bar area and outdoor area. Somewhere really nice to have breakfast - even if you're staying there. Very central.

This is a family run hotel, and it shows. They are extremely helpfull and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot thank them enough for making our stay in Bruge so wonderfull. - The hotel is beautiful. It is clean, beds are comfortable. Fantastic breakfast, very helpful host. Brugges is spectacular. Wish we had booked for longer.

The guest house is beautifully situated in, we discovered, probably the nicest part of Bruges. The house, our room, and the garden were all to a very high standard of comfort and decoration; the breakfast was excellent, with as much as anyone could possibly want. This is one of the very best places we have ever stayed at.

I had the White Room / Apartment which gave me my own kitchen area as well as two bedrooms and lounge. It was spacious, relaxed, and very much a home-from-home. When two friends were left without a hotel for their stay (they arrived to find their booked hotel was no longer operational) Mme Zenasni was very accommodating in allowing me to add the extra people to my room.
