  We experienced a serious accident two days before we left. Our granddaughter studying at E.U. helped us navigate and get to airport. She stayed with us two nights. Nadia, the owner would not accept any extra money for her being with us plus Nadia was most concerned and helpful. A bonus! - the lady that runs the b&b is really nice, kind helpful. it is also easily accessible by bus & you can travel anywhere around the city without so much hassle. i'll definitely stay here if i come to edinburgh next time.

  Wir haben keinen Vergleich zu anderen Hotels dieser Kategorie auf der brittischen Insel, weil wir das erste Mal dort Urlaub gemacht haben. Aber wir waren mit unserem Hotel zufrieden. Das Personal hat sich mühe gegeben, das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, das Frühstück war reichhaltig (aber ohne Wurst und Käse) aber auf Wunsch sehr "Britisch warm" (... was die leute sagen » Rührei,Spiegelei,Speck,Bratwurst,Blutwurst....). - Die Lage des Hotels ist günstig. Um das Zentrum zu erreichen muss man nur geradeaus gehen, ca. 20 Min zu Fuß. Eine Bushaltestelle ist aber auch vor der Tür. Das Frühstück war lecker und reichlich (enlisch als auch kontinental), das Obstangebot einmalig. Begrüßungswhisky im Zimmer fanden wir auch toll. Ein ganz toller Service war die 24 h Bereitstellung eines PCs mit kostenlosem Internetzugang.

  This was our first trip to Edinburgh. We were hoping to book a hotel closer to the city centre, but as ours was a last minute booking, we were limited for choice. As it turned out, the Britannia was just perfect for us and we're now very pleased we chose it.   First of all, the location was extraordinary. The sea (Firth of Forth) is just behind the hotel and you wake up, seeing big steamships and small fisher boats on the water. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially at the restaurant. The rooms are tidy, have a huge TV, a sweet bathroom with bathtub and shower. Just in - This was our first stay at a Premier Inn. The hotel is clean, the rooms were spacious. The staff was very helpful. The views of the water were beautiful and our family enjoyed walking along the quay. The breakfast served at the restaurant next door was perfectly fine. We ate at the nearby Prezzo for dinner. Although we had a car, we caught the bus at the conveniently located stop directly across from the hotel. Definitely the right decision given the traffic and apparent lack of parking. This h

  Very suprised and impressed with this hotel, well presented and staff were polite and helpful. Room was very clean and quiet at the back of the building. Booked into restaurant for evening meal, everybodys food was excellent and again very friendly staff. To be honest I couldn't fault the place. They even contacted me after I'd stayed to let me know I'd forgotten something and offered to send on! Not only I was provided with a clean, spacious and beautifully designed en-suite bedroom with great views but I had as well the valuable help of Ilio and Hamish in every possible aspect (from giving advice on how to spend leisure time to pointing me in the right direction whilst I was looking for a job ... was die leute sagen » in the city).
