    Had the most amazing time. 9 of us stopped in the apartments. Anne, the owner couldn't have been nicer or helped us any more. The Apartments were ideal for our girly weekend away.     Loved the space the apartment had! Was more a house than a mansion! Also the facilities we had, dishwasher,washing machine etc and the fact they left us products to use facilities like dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, rubber gloves. - It is realy a nice apartment with big rooms and adequate facilities.     The basement apartment was nice, cosy and warm. It was also quiet - but it depends on your neighbours. The bed was comfortable and what is important when it's cold - heating was on :) Everything we needed was there. It was about 30 minutes by foot to International Conference Centre. - Great apartment - has everything a tired traveler would need, not least a milk&paper shop literally on the doorstep and a fine Nepali restaurant nearby too.     We have sayed in this apartment before and couldn't fault it - the stairs are a bit of a hike (you might think twice before bringing older family members) but the apartment is beautifully situated and well appointed.     We absolutely loved everything about this place. It is very close to bus station, train station and super market and lots of restaurants. At the same time, it is not very noisy and very crowded. We had absolute freedom and no interference from the owners/ letting agency.     Central location, room was fine, bathroom clean, shower water hot, breakfast not free but very reasonable.     Great place in the middle of the centrum. Despite this, it's rather quiet and away from all the comotion from the Grassmarket. For us the location was splendid, eventhough we had a car. Cooking at home w - The self-contained apartment was beautifully appointed with luxury facilities and attention to detail with all basic provisions e.g. coffee, tea, milk croissants The location was great with walking distance to the museum,art galleries, transport restaurants and the castle. Set in a quiet, secluded close in the middle of Edinburgh this was a luxury retreat for us.

    Staff were welcoming on arrival and gave us plenty of information. The room was just what we needed, it was clean comfortable and cosy(important for Edinburgh in the winter). The facilities were ideal and we were able to get extra tea and coffee supplies for the room with compliments and a smile from reception. The top floor stairs is old and torn but so full of charms. Nice rooms in harmony with building, furniture and facilities. Run by friendly owners and an adorable old cat watching the lounge. Good WI-FI. Breakfast is served at neighbouring Rick’s Hotel, really good.

    It has a good location, in the city centre, very easy to get to the shuttle bus that goes to the airport, near the hostel there are some nice bars with live music.
