the lady that runs the b&b is really nice, kind helpful. it is also easily accessible by bus & you can travel anywhere around the city without so much hassle. i'll definitely stay here if i come to edinburgh next time.

The price was nice and the sleep was good: these are main criteria for a good stay. The hotel itself is ugly, massive, chain-like, but people are okay, walking distance to town attractive, there is a park and a river road, so, I recommend this place!

Comfortable room with nicely stocked breakfast and snack area including fresh fruit. It gave the appearance that care has gone into making a pleasant guest room. Near a bus stop and easy to get in at any time. Free fairly quick reliable wi fi. A sure bet for a decent stay in Edinburgh. -

First of all, the location was extraordinary. The sea (Firth of Forth) is just behind the hotel and you wake up, seeing big steamships and small fisher boats on the water.

This was our first stay at a Premier Inn. The hotel is clean, the rooms
were spacious. The staff was very helpful. The views of the water were
beautiful and our family enjoyed walking along the quay. The breakfast
served at the restaurant next door was perfectly fine. We ate at the
nearby Prezzo for dinner. Although we had a car, we caught the bus at
the conveniently located stop directly across from the hotel. Definitely
the right decision given the traffic and apparent lack of parking. This

The room was comfortable and clean. The location is excellent and a 10-minute walk to the city centre. I find the price reasonable and if you want to walk around Edingburgh and come back to the residence to have a rest, it's the perfect place to be! Special thanks to friendly receptionists))) -

The apartment is very located to the city center(10 mins walk). You don't need the car because evrything is at your fingertips. The place is quiet and very close to Tesco supermarket. Very suprised and impressed with this hotel, well presented and staff were polite and helpful. Room was very clean and quiet at the back of the building. Booked into restaurant for evening meal, everybodys food was excellent and again very friendly staff. Booked purely for location for Edinburgh marathon. -

I arrived at a very unusual time. Whilst I didn't meet a member of staff the help I received over the phone was fantastic. This is a value for money hotel, which is what I wanted. Perfect location, close to centre of town. Received a very warm welcome, lovely people running the bed and breakfast in a relaxed, efficient way, they couldn`t have been more helpful. My room was clean, comfortable and had all I needed, the house itself is a beautiful old Edinburgh town house. Fantastic breakfast and I look forward to staying again for my next great night out in the big Toun!
