  Hey, the key pick-up was Cheltenham! I used to live there and had forgotten how nice it was. Old school mammers and full of charm. Apartment was just as described by Suzanne and fully equiped. So when a light bulb blew I was delightfully surprised to find it instantly replaced without my even reporting it.
