  Hey, the key pick-up was Cheltenham! I used to live there and had forgotten how nice it was. Old school mammers and full of charm. Apartment was just as described by Suzanne and fully equiped.   Convenience of kitchen area, laundry, and the space to relax and have a conversation with others. Also, the apts are in a great location, close to town, restaurants, and bus/train station. Greeted by staff in a prompt and lovely manner. The cleanliness of the apts made the stay that much more enjoyable. Have been raving to friend - The Leckhampton Suite was spacious and beautifully presented with all the amenities that anyone could wish for whilst on holiday or on business. It is located downstairs but was very private. Breakfast supplies were lovely - fruit, cereals, juice, etc. It is well located for restaurants, cinemas and the high street. Parking is at the rear and very convenient. We used Portland Apartments as our base to touring the Cotswalds and also S.Wales. Owners, Alison and Kevin, were both very friendly and

Nothing was too much trouble and Chris even sat with us while we organised our days out. - This is a family run hotel in a very old English town. The hotel is located across the street from an abbey built in the 1100's.The staff was extremely helpful with advice, carried our very heavy luggage upstairs for us, gave us special attention at breakfast, provided excellent breakfast choices and made us feel super welcome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Tewkesbury

They provided information on various outings were always willing to visit and fill us in on background for the area. Perfect location to use as a homebase for travel around the Cotswolds as well as trips to cities nearby. Also, the breakfast choices were superb.
