Very friendly host. Will definitely visit again. - Clean and comfortable. Pleasant decor and furnishing. Helpful friendly and courteous proprietor. I stay in a lot of hotels and you learn that the first thing to do is check everything works, if there is to be the slightest chance of anything being fixed before you leave. So when a light bulb blew I was delightfully surprised to find it instantly replaced without my even reporting it.

  The accomodation was excellent I have stayed with them twice in the space of a month both visits I had different types of rooms one was a small studio flat & other was a luxury apartment both had great facilities plus the system they use for gaining enter to the buildings is by key codes so its very secure & a unique way of checking in wit... was die leute sagen » h them. There's no reception plus its all done by e-mail or telephone e.g. text messaging. Simple way of doing there business. - I was placed in the Portland Street hotel which was conveniently positioned in the centre of Cheltenham. Accommodation was all I required - ensuite, comfy bed, tea, proper mug, biscuits (big plus!), and TV. Was also allowed to take my cycle into bedroom for my own piece of mind.

Very clean and the rooms are very nicely presented, we had a great nite! Secondly what a nice group of staff. The village of Bourton on the water is only a 10 minute walk so it is well situated to amenities nearby. Food was excellent and presented beautifully. The atmosphere in the pub was very good and very friendly. I would defiantly recommend this pub as a good place to stay
