So when a light bulb blew I was delightfully surprised to find it instantly replaced without my even reporting it.

  A first class welcome. This even included coming out to the car park to see that we had negotiated the electric gates OK. The owners made us feel like their own personal guests. The building is breathtaking and lovingly restored. I thought Painswick was the most charming town in the area. The Manor was beautiful. The owners were charming and took us under their wings. Te staff was friendly and efficient. We will be back. It is also close to train service.
