  A very warm welcome. Easy access and off road parking for guests. Was given a choice of well appointed rooms. Attention to detail in everything. Superb linen, thick fluffy towels. Loved the use of a Nespresso machine to add to the feel of quality n style to the experience. Room was quiet yet close to town- 5 mins walk max. Again attention to detail with qualit - This was exceptional value for money, very modern and stylish with great facilitys, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds and pillows, everything we needed was provided, the owner Tony couldnt do enough for us. very close to great restaurants and pubs all within walking distance.   Carla and her son are the kindest and most welcoming hosts you could hope for. Their home is nice and cozy and very well kept. Our room was super clean, very large and full of light, with all the comforts possible. Breakfast is excellent and served in a very friendly situation.   The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. After booking, they would sent an email to greet and offer assistance and answers on any queries or concerns. I was impressed with the earnest attitude from the owner, Tony. He knew I was going to run the Torbay HM next day and will have the breakfast at 7am. No wonder I had a g - My criteria for this trip were simply: economical; close to train station; WiFi and ideally with breakfast. 5-out-of-5 all round for this place and the bonus of welcoming and friendly landlady and landlord was doubleplusgood. Breakfast well worth getting up for, clean and comfortable rooms and ideally located for public transport, walking and the town centre. - Tony & Jill are excellent hosts and clearly enjoy what they do. The relatively small nature of their business allows them to be more personal and create a home from home atmosphere. The extra touches were a bonus. Breakfast was plentiful and really set us up for our bay walk to Torquay. We'll be back in the off season for some bracing walks along the prom !

The view from the window was just stunning, breakfast was SO good, properly hand made using good ingredients, just such a treat to stay there.
