  The hotel was clean and tidy and staff on arrival were friendly enough. The bar area was nice and relaxed with drinks being reasonably priced. The room was clean and tidy and we had a sea view although that's not that important as we did not s - The hotel was spotlessly clean and the furnishings and beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent and very good value for money. The lounge area was lovely and the furnishings were modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful when approached, especially the barman. The hotel is in a very central position on the promenade so it was an ideal base to explore Blackpool and the surrounding area.

  Loved everything about this place! 10 of us stayed for a 50th birthday and we couldn't have been made more welcome. Our rooms were clean and tidy, the bar was great fun with the karaoke and pool table and the location is ideal. We were also offered a discount if we stay with them for another trip in the future, which is much appreciated. The location of the hotel was excellent - right opposite the beach and a short walk from the central pier. A lovel - Owner was very polite and charming, welcomed us in and made the checking in procedure easy. Rooms were lovely, small but very cosy and when all your wanting is a bed for the night it's perfect! Right in the middle of the promenade so perfect location with everything in short walking distance. Would highly recommend the hotel!!
