Clean hotel. Warm and friendly welcome. great location close to all of the attractions in Blackpool. amazing breakfast. Good cosy bar and great atmosphere.
The superior room was brilliant, a fantastic seaview and a comfy bed! Staff were polite and the breakfast was good.

the manager morris was very welcoming,friendly and helpful,he makes the hotel.the breakfast was lovely.we enjoyed our stay.
The owner morris was very nice an there staff were welcoming an friendy.. But the bnb itsef was dirty , badly furnished items smashed in the rooms no hot water in the mornings. Nobody to greet us out on our depature. For some we're just to sleep its okay , it was tha dirty tho there was no way we was eatin breakfast. We decided to leave at 7 in morn instead of 12 an have breakfast else were.. I think if they got a good cleaner and put a lick of paint on the walls in rooms an some accesories lik.
It advertises toiletries in the room, however nothing was provided not even handwash and there was hair down the plughole in the bath...
