The bed was reasonably comfortable. This hotel does not provide breakfast, as advertised, no problem, there is an excellent Cafe on the opposite corner (Walkers Cafe in Stow St), that provides an excellent full English for ₤3.90. Hotel is close to the beach and attractions! We managed to get free parking outside. The cost for this hotel is very reasonable.

  We had a lovely stay at Bamford House for two nights. A warm welcome right from the start with Helen having her car moved so we could park on the street! Room was clean and very comfortable with everything that we needed. Breakfast was delicious and set us up for the rest of the day. Highly recommend Bamford House. In a - Absolutely phenomenal service! The owners are amazing! I was travelling alone and it was certainly a pleasant surprise to have so many wonderful conversations and bond with the lovely Val. The food was amazing and the room was clean and perfect. She even upgraded me as a courtesy. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Maydor to solo travellers or families as it is very close to attractions, but also in a quiet location. Absolutely wonderful!

For adult guests i would definitely recommend the talk of the coast cabaret bar. It cost us £5 per seat & it didn't finish until about 1am.
