  The hotel, was very nice, the staff were friendly and were very helpful. Upon arrival, i was welcomed very politely, which made a good start to my holiday. The rooms were kept very clean each day, by a team of nice cleaning staff, that were trustworthy, when ever i left anything of value in the room, that i had not put in the safe.   We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel employees are very polite, kind and helpful. When we had a technical problem with the air condition, in about 2-3 hours, during we were out, the problem was fixed.   The LK Empress was quiet, clean and the staff were professional and courteous. They even let me check in early, (at 8.45am), instead of the normal time of 12:00pm, seeing my flight arrived in BKK at 05.30am.
