I feel Novotel is ideallylocated and suitable for families with kids and elderly people. - Close to everything was fantastic

Without exception the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated right in the red light district but my wife and I were perfectly at ease coming and going. breakfast vouchers. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
Good location next to the Patpong night market and lots of places near by to eat. The room was comfortable but a little worn. The hotel was good value. It has a pool which is small but fine.

Staff were very helpful and patient. We arrived at 5am and were checked
in and escorted to our room even though check in is not until 10am.
Air conditioning was amazing, very comfortable room, good shower.
Breakfast area and library set up gave it a homely feel, opposed to a cold, dingy breakfast nook.
Hotel is a 5min walk from Bangkok Train Station which is handy when taking the 05:55 train to the Cambodian Border!

The staff was very very friendly and helpful too, the location of the
hotel was very near the bts so transportation was very accessible. Not
only is the shopping center such as mbk or Pratunam mall at a walking
distance, the night life and the market was also very accessible. With
7-11 right across the hotel, midnight snacks wouldn't be a problem.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We booked a family suite. The suite was old but had all the comfort and facilities. It was close to city center and had walking access to city hub shopping Malls. Loved the location. Very comfortable stay. Staff was very cooperative. Excellent buffet Breakfast was definitely a plus. Will definitely stay here again. -
