The hotel location is very near to mbk, siam and grand central shoppingmalls.Morover siam bts is just a minute away. I feel Novotel is ideallylocated and suitable for families with kids and elderly people. - Close to everything was fantastic

I stayed this hotel 7 years ago it was very good then but now it is excellent would recommend to anyone. Staff friendly and helpful, rooms clean and modern, breakfast choice excellent. -

Without exception the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated right in the red light district but my wife and I were perfectly at ease coming and going. It's pretty quiet by day but the locale is jumping by night. There are some great restaurants (our favourite was alongside the Rose hotel, set back from the main street) and places

Come here for years already when in BKK. Great price/quality ratio. Absolute value for money. Spacious rooms and perfect, caring and helpful staff. Within reach (= Taxi Baht 70 or so) of shopping, dining and entertainment

Staff were friendly and helpful. We got room upgrade and half price
breakfast vouchers. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
Good location next to the Patpong night market and lots of places near by to eat. The room was comfortable but a little worn. The hotel was good value. It has a pool which is small but fine.

1) Location - hotel is just 3 min walk from Central train station, but located in quiet quarter. The name of hotel (At One In Hualampong) is confused with @Hualampong hostel which located in buzzy front of the train station, so please check the map firs

Central train station seems more convenient place for one-day traveller to crowded Bangkok, than well advertised KhaoSan.
2) Staff was super friend -
Staff were very helpful and patient. We arrived at 5am and were checked
in and escorted to our room even though check in is not until 10am.
Air conditioning was amazing, very comfortable room, good shower.
Breakfast area and library set up gave it a homely feel, opposed to a cold, dingy breakfast nook.
Hotel is a 5min walk from Bangkok Train Station which is handy when taking the 05:55 train to the Cambodian Border!

All the staff are very friendly and helpful always. We were able to change to a different room which suited us better and the staff did everything they could to make sure we were happy, and booked us tours and cheap rates with the local taxi's. The location of the hotel is excellent. Very central to all restaurants, shopping malls i.e. Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market, Siam Discovery, etc is within walking distance.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great amenities. Breakfast was fabulous, a good spread.

hotel was very near the bts so transportation was very accessible. Not
only is the shopping center such as mbk or Pratunam mall at a walking
distance, the night life and the market was also very accessible. With

We stayed here for 2 nights. We booked a family suite. The suite was old but had all the comfort and facilities. It was close to city center and had walking access to city hub shopping Malls. Loved the location. Very comfortable stay. Staff was very cooperative. Excellent buffet Breakfast was definitely a plus. Will definitely stay here again. -
