  Pension Alameda is family owned. The whole family is very willing to help. Some have limited English. The room is clean. As other have commented it is a bit noisy. But then you are based at the square which is full of life in the weekends. It didn't disturb me, but I imagine it might be a but noisier in the high season. Good value for money. Nice little streets - This place is located at Alameda de Hercules which is one of the most post popular places in Sevilla. If you like walking you can easily start your city tour from this place.   We enjoyed our stay at Hostal San Vicente so much that we stayed extra days in Sevilla! The friendly young couple that runs the hostal were accomodating and helpful. They were always eager to assist us in any way they could. We were at first in a room with three beds and when another double with a large balcony opened, they moved us there. The bathroom was clean, efficient, with a nice compact shower - no water spilling onto the floor as happened in other hotels.
