We loved the decor and the charm of an old, traditional, Sevillan house. The service was both warm, friendly and efficient. We have absolutely no complaints.   The hotel was beautiful, but some small things i.e. no face cloths in the bathrooms and not enough toiletries, small details. Inadequate light as you entered the room, hard to see into the safe deposit b0x. All small practical details, but would recommend they be put right. Staff were great however, could not be faulted and atmosphere lovely, foo... was die leute sagen » d veery good too, some of thee best we had in Seville in fact. - Phenomenal converted palace, 52 individual rooms & suites. Five star service and accommodations located among the twisting calles of Sevilla. Taxi to most locations for 5 to 8 Euro, or walk among the beautiful history of Macarena or the old Jewish section. Highly recommended
