We spent 1 week in Valencia in this apartment. It really felt like home. Everything was perfect. Even there were umbrellas in case of rainy weather. Btw, we had 5 rainy days. The owner and his help are very kind people, always ready to help. The Central Market is 2 minutes walk. Almost all the sightseeings can be reached within 15-20 minutes walk. The apartments are very comfortable and well located in front of the mall (El Corte Ingles store and two supermarkets), close to the old downtown (Torre de Serranos), with fast access to the main tourist attractions of Valencia and close to the underground. Free parking nearby. Although parking was a premium, we found a free
spot nearby thanks to those guys who would guide you to a free spot. A
small donation would be a nice gesture of appreciation, as locals also
do this. The apartment has everything you would need, including cleaning
items and washing up liquid. All the sheets were fresh and extra
blankets have a nice fragrance. We took the opportunity to do some
laundry, and there was room to hang up laundry outdoors on the balcony

The apartment was clean, new but very basic. There is one bath with
bidet, small kitchen ( no oven - decently equipped ) , dining table,
sofa bed, one bedroom and balcony. There is soap in the bathroom with
two extra rolls of toilet paper. A new iron and board never been used.
They give you two bath towels and two small towels. Also there is an
extra blanket and pillow. The pillows are so long, first time I have
seen one of those. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking
distance.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Apartment itself was well furnished, extremely clean and comfortable. Our apartment was only a few minutes walk from the Àngel Guimerà metro station - and the metro makes it extremely easy to get around (would recommend it over the bus). If we had any problems the staff were more than happy to help in any way

Loved this place. Staff friendly & helpful. Location is perfect, walking distance to major attractions & a 2 min walk to the food market. The flat was perfect, clean & good facilities. Secure parking is approx 5 min walk away. Highly recommended would stay there again no hesitation. -

The staff were really friendly. They were willing to accommodate you. We booked primarily for just 6 nights, and ended up staying there for our whole vacation in Valencia (14 nights).

The apartments were modern, very clean and well equiped and quiet. Both bedrooms, kitchen and living area were a good size. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our return flight was a later in the evening and there was a facility to leave your suit case in a secure room in the apartments.

The apartment had an excellent location in the Old town part of Valencia, within easy walking distance to the attractions of the Ciutat Vella.Close to amenities, shops and restaurants. The apartment is modern, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The Manager was extremely helpful when we arrived and introduced us to the location of attractions and amenities. We would definitely highly recommend this apartment to travellers to Valencia.
