  Lovely comfortable newly refurbished flat (very comfy bed) overlooking the Plaza and a stone's throw from the beach and cafes and restaurants. Lots of proper shops, cash point etc not just souvenirs. Taxi rank at top of hill. Cinthia who looked after us was brilliant even though she didn't speak English.

They couldn't have been more helpful.. Even with the prospect of having to ring the fire brigade to get our safety deposit box open! THANKYOU :)

  Location, as we had a rented car and we could travel everywhere by car, but I saw a lot of restaurant nearby anyway. Apartments with basically but sufficiently equipped kitchen,everyday cleaning. The aparthotel has its own carpark (car is recommended as the hotel is not in the centre, approx. 15 min. walk but a few shops and a supermarket nearby). Good starting point for travelling all around the island.

  Very well furnished and comfortable studio but i think it very much depends on where your actual studio is situated in this complex because last year we were in a much better position/outside space/view etc. This one was nowhere near as well located and if we had been given this one last year we wouldn't have re-booked for this year.   This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is really value for money. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though it's not as frequent - We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

  I liked that all appartments were so close to the pool and bar area and none were more that 30 seconds away from the central area. The staff were also excellent with our young daughter, particularly the pool attendant (life gaurd) and the staff at the poolside bar. - Very clean and very well maintained. Cleaners are wonderful.   We have stayed in the apart hotel in the middle of May for a little bit more than a week. The hotel is perfectly located, just a bit outside of the noisy in the evenings bars, very close to the Playa de Las Vistas beach (it took us 7 min to walk to the beach, not hurrying of course), within a short walk to all kinds of bars and restaurants, and ni... was die leute sagen » ghtlife, and the supermarket Mercadona is 5 minutes away which is also very convenient. The bus stop is around the corner and can take you to the airp - Very relaxing - staff very helpful. Requested a move after the first night as our balcony overlooked the main road and it was noisy very early. We were moved to another apartment overlooking the pool. Although the apartments are very close to shopping, bars, etc, it is very quiet and peaceful within the complex.
