  The staff was just outstanding. They took it as their job to tell me all about Santiago. When I was sick, they let me stay in the room until 1:30. Victor and Natalie bent over backwards to help. It's a modern design in an old building that takes some getting used to, but not much. We went out and explored although it was a Sunday the streets were full of atm - We stayed at this hotel after walking 200km of the Camino. What a great choice! So close to the Cathedral and very central to shops and restaurants. The hotel has been beautifully revamped and we loved our room and the gorgeous bathroom. Lovely, peaceful hotel right in the centre of the hustle and bustle of Santiago. I would definitely stay there again!
