  Wir hatten 2 Probleme (defekter Duschschlauch, defekter Wasserkocher mit Stromausfall) die in weniger als 10 Minuten behoben worden sind.Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. - Super lage in zweiter reihe ,.jeden tag neue handtucher und dreimal die woche neue bettlaken

  Wir wurden von deutschen Mitarbeiter sehr herzlich empfangen die uns erst mal die Koffer abnahmen und Getränke in die Hand drückten. Danach bekamen wir einige Infos über das Hotel. Unsere Erkundung ergab: Sehr sehr schöne Hotel Anlage. Klasse Strand, klasse Aussicht. Zimmer zwar nicht klimatisiert, allerdings riesengroß da wir ein Upgrade auf ein... was die leute sagen » Familienzimmer kostenlos bekamen. Club ist wohl zu der Jahreszeit nicht ausgebucht, aber noch immer einiges los. Animationsprogramm ist OK, Sportkurs - Super Preis/Leistungsverhältniss in einem Club wo der Gast noch König ist.

  We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a lovely room facing the sea, the sun disappeared off the balcony by 3 pm. Food was excellent with plenty of choice. The clientele were pretty much all German. We hardly saw any children at the hotel which suited us. We walked a lot during our 4 day stay; miles along the beautiful beaches and across to the... was die leute sagen » other side of the coast which was rugged and natural, a complete contrast to manicured Costa Calma. We don't do relaxing holidays well,so we were rea - Very nice hotel, confortable, with excelent food and service. Beautiful beach view, and terrace. Plenty of chaise-lounges and umbrellas by the swimmng pools. We also enjoyed very much the spa swimming pool with warm water and several jacuzzi jets. (it was not well advertized). Maintenance service was quick too, something was wrong in the bathroom, and it was replaced immediately.

  Die Lage und dass man sich trotz der Grösse des Hotels und der vielen Sportler nie eingeengt fühlte. Allerdings haben wir immer auswärts gegessen. - hotel is great for everyone who likes sports and gym classes. There are a lot of classes like aerobics and lots of others, great 50m pool, good quality bike rental, sports academy for the kids, cycli... was die leute sagen » ng groups, tennis courts, lessons, golf, lots and lots of other stuff going on (no obligation to use it though). Miniclub was good too for the kids. There seemed to be quite a few guests who have stayed there before which speaks for itself, we´ll come back too.

  A lovely hotel! Food was wonderful with a great buffé with something for everyone! Fresh smoothies, all kinds of fruits and vegetebles, delicious fish and seafood, lovely deserts just to mention some... I could go on and on, the food is defintely wonderful and something for everyone! The hotel is really nice with a lovely spa, gym, pool areas, gre... was die leute sagen » at staff (and especially the entertainers who gave us wonderful shows in the evenings, wow so much joy and charisma!! :-) they were also wonderful wit - We had a wonderful week - the staff could not have been more helpful, everything we asked for appeared immediately E.G. extra pillows, blankets etc. The pools were well situated and the quiet, adult only ones were a great idea for us - we could lie in the sun reading undisturbed, with the occasional dip in the pool to cool down. There were plenty of loungers offering sun or shade as required. The food was excellent - plenty of choice and variety at every meal - always fresh fruit and fresh sala
