  We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. It is very traditional, aristocratic classic hotel, with classic light interior at the same time with all the modern - The Hotel is beautiful,but there were very few large bath towels, no small wash clothes and no extra pillows. Also we checked in at 10:00 am and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous since we

  Hotel Sa Calma is a gorgeous hotel and we had an extremely relaxing stay there. The staff was excellent and made us feel very welcome our entire stay. They have a chess and a backgammon table in a beautiful sitting area and it was great to see my two older boys having a blast challenging each other in a game of chess upon our arrival.   My wife and I loved walking around this little town. Very friendly people in the tiny grocery store, tiny bar, and wonderful restaurant. I especially recommend dinner at the restaurant with "Colin" in the title. Theresa the hotel owner is very fluent in English, and was able to give us ideas for things to do in the area.
