  I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice. The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. - Great atmospher... was die leute sagen » e for family and kids - unhurried and friendly. Free buffet breakfast each morning was excellent. Short walk to nearby restaurants and shops in beach town. Beautiful and small beach perfect for young children. Japanese restaurant in the hotel was excellent, though pricey.

  Everything, it's so unique, nothing like the numerous old fashioned 'block' hotels in the region. It's very colourful and imaginative, there's so much attention to detail. It's a proper 5 star. The staff are really friendly too and always have time for you.
