  The place is right beside everything: beach, shops, restaurants. The staff is very helpful. We had a sofa bed broken in the room and they moved us to a different apartment. It is better to book a 2 bedroom apartment as it is really spacious. The place had all necessary things.   As a single Mum I visited Los Amigos Beach Club with my 10 year old son for a week in April 2013. Fabulous place! Friendly staff, excellent facilities! We had a studio (6E) which was adequate for the the 2 of us and the apartment was kitted out with everything you'd have at home including the dishwasher! And shopping centre. All the staff were helpful, but I would especially like to commend Juanina on reception who was very informative and especially polite. Is currently being renovated, staff try to minimize any inconvenience. Great price and good standard.

  The hotel has a very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble (a special thank-you to Franklin). Located just out of town on a hillside. The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The verandah to the lovely lounge/bar compliments the ambiance. The rooms are lovely with private garden/patios. A joy to stay there, and would love to return when the other facilities have been completed.
