  Pension Alameda is family owned. The whole family is very willing to help. Some have limited English. The room is clean. As other have commented it is a bit noisy. But then you are based at the square which is full of life in the weekends. It didn't disturb me, but I imagine it might be a but noisier in the high season. Good value for money. Nice little streets - This place is located at Alameda de Hercules which is one of the most post popular places in Sevilla. If you like walking you can easily start your city tour from this place. You can easily reach to the river side and continue to your walk throughout the river. Or you may go from the inside of the city and see the city life.   Die Besitzer sind unglaublich freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr gepflegt, die Einrichtung ist in einem top Zustand. Habe mich sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Appartement war groß, es war mit allem Komfort ausgestattet (bis hin zu Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen) und es gab zwei große, gemütliche Sofas - in südlichen Ländern nicht überall zu erwarten!   Very friendly and accomodating proprietor. Perfect Ronda location for a family with young children. The kids loved the pool and the open air - a great respite from the city-based hotels.   Booked 3 nights and stayed 5 it was so enjoyable, lovely pool area plenty of lounge chairs, friendly staff who were very patient with us as non Spanish speaking, great restaurant (cheap drinks, great meals - go for the meal of the day a bargain at 7.50 Euro for 3 courses!), bargain priced rooms, a wonderful relaxing stay.
