I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice.
The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. -

restaurants and shops in beach town. Beautiful and small beach perfect
for young children. Japanese restaurant in the hotel was excellent,

We liked the location and quietness of the area, it was really easy to find on our arrival in playa blanca, and the fact that we could use the facilities of the hotel volcan especially the childrens pool which was much warmer than the villa pool. The villas were very well presented and perfect for our family. We would definately choose to stay her

Location near the ocean, very friendly and very helpful reception,
really nice villa, quality new interiours, good furniture, pritty
private swimming pool with sunbeds, calm and relax, 5 minutes walking to
a small village with many restaurants and shops, 1 minute walking to a
seaside promenade. Barbecue zone. Free (!) and fast wi-fi. Very
beautiful papagaya beaches are 10 minutes drive. Possibly there are some
other beaches close, but we do not know as we traveled by car. In
general high value

been upgraded to the royal service part of the hotel.Excellent hotel. Can not fault it. (My forth stay here this year) - Very good room in a great location. Food was good at the breakfastbuffet. Staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly.

Die Lage. freundlichikeit vom Leute - We found the hotel to be very acceptable, prior to arriving at the hotel we emailed asking them for a refurbished room with a sea view if possible.....their replay was that they would try to accomodate us if possible with regards to our request.....We actualy got what we requested. Due to some urgent drainage repairs in a number of the hotel rooms, we
were relocated to a nearby hotel, given a complimentary breakfast and a
taxi to take us to the new hotel at no extra cost. The staff were
extremely helpful and the new hotel was very good too!! -

Ideal location -- away from tourist cohorts, very near beautiful beach
in national reserve, on pedestrian path making you forget cars,
beautiful view on islands, very quiet. Relatively small-sized hotel (max
3 floors per building), family athmosphere. Beautiful (heated) pool.
Friendly personnel. Reasonably good food, selection renewed every day.

good choice. Totally agree with your policy of "No towels on
sunbeds" - wish other hotels would do the same! Pleasant hotel and

Excellent villa for a group of 6 friends. Nice and spacious and having our own private heated pool was a luxury. It's rare to find heated pools in the canaries! Didn't hire a car but a cab into playa blanca was 4euros between 6 of us. Beatrice was lovely and we had a problem with the lock on the bathroom door and someone arrived within 10 minutes
