  from the time we got there they made us feel like home, everybody was extremely nice and polite with us. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),

  Wir fanden das Appartement sowohl für die fußläufige als auch für die metromäßige Erkundung der Stadt sehr gut gelegen. Es war (im Februrar) sehr ruhig. Dies kann im Sommer anders sein. Alles ist neu gemacht und zu unserem Erstaunen funktionierte auch die Heizung (Klimaanlage) sehr gut.   Extrem freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Das Hotel ist eigentlich eine Mehrzimmerwohnung im 3. Stockwerk und hat eine nette familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Betten sind zwar nur 1,90 m lang, aber die Matratzen sind okay. Und die zentrale Lage (direkt bei U-Bahn-Station Opera) ist einfach super! - Wonderful view. Great location. Staff are very responsive and punctual and the place has the charm of a 18th century building.
