One simple example is we were given a printed list of restaurants that the staff really like - and these were not the typical hotel list where they earn commission. Liked the location out of central Seville and personal touches: quotes and origami left on the pillow each night. Tasty breakfasts and the wonderful citrus trees framing the property.

One BR had queen size bed and other two twins. Living room also had full size bed in a nook along with a couch. Apt was clean and nice. Reception staff was nice.

We were happy that it was a single full size bed w/great AC (this is a great thing if you compare it to other hotels in Madrid & Barcelona). Also, the staff was very helpful. It is important to note that taxis/cars are unable to go right next to the hotel/apartments since it is a pedestrian zone. So taxis can take you up to Plaza Santa Cruz and hotel/apartments are only a few minutes away.
