Couldn't ask for a better location, right next to the metro and on las ramblas. Our room was really modern and exceptionally clean with a balcony overlooking las ramblas. Excellent value for money, especially as we got one large room for four of us. Raj on reception was so friendly and helpful, and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. I will definitely be staying again!

Great stuff, especially a middle aged man on the reception, he gave us a city map, a metro map, explained how to get to the most popular turistic places and recommended some good restaurants. Location of the hotel is excellent. Close to a metro station and in the middle of Las Ramblas and El Borne. In winter, el borne is a better place to be close rather than since la rambla. The staff has made really nice improvements and facilities in the hotel, that's nice. But some of the stuff like towels and sheets are really too old.

comfortable and clean. Service was super polite, speak many languages, I

imagine who is the boss of hotel if they have such a wonderful staff!
